They cut a heart out of the middle of their card and filled it with a different coloured paper. They decorated their special cards and wrote a loving note to someone that meant something to them, inside.
They were very creative and had a lot of fun making their cards. I was lucky enough to receive some beautiful flowers, delicious chocolates, biscuits, cards and treats on this special day too :)
At the end of the day, the learners were each spoilt with some delicious chocolates from a special mom in our class (Mrs Jenny Gavin) and a sweetie pie and card from their teacher. They left with beaming faces! (I'm not sure if this was because it was Friday or because of the sweet treats :P )
